Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a DAM Administrator to manage its Digital Asset Management ecosystem across product experience management, marketing, and ecommerce. The role emphasizes governance, metadata taxonomy, and scalable asset operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with PXM, Brand, Creative, Digital, and IT to optimize asset structuring, searchability, and distribution, while ensuring compliance and reliable content delivery onsite in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years' experience with DAM, PIM, PXM in marketing/eCommerce.
• Experience with DAM platforms like Acquia DAM, Aprimo, Bynder or Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
• Knowledge of metadata governance, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate objectives into scalable DAM governance and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable DAM structures and workflows.
• Establish and maintain DAM governance standards and taxonomy.
• Support platform strategy, roadmap, and scalability initiatives.
• Develop metadata schemas and improve searchability and asset reuse.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, approvals, expiration, and archiving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PXM, Brand, Creative, IT, and external partners.
