Vectra AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across enterprise accounts in Texas. The role requires a cybersecurity sales track record and strong executive engagement with C‑suite stakeholders, supported by Sales Engineering and Channel teams.

You will own multi‑threaded deals ranging from $200K to $1M+, build territory plans, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and partner with VARs/SIs to expand the customer base and close strategic opportunities.

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience, primarily in cybersecurity.
• Proven quota attainment with large enterprise customers.
• Experience closing multi-threaded deals at $200K–$1M+ ACV.
• Strong channel motion experience: co‑selling with VARs/SIs and coordinating partner activities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive growth across a defined set of enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans including whitespace analysis and executive alignment.
• Lead business‑outcome‑focused conversations with senior executives (C‑suite, SVP/VP).
• Manage complex sales cycles, including multi‑stakeholder evaluations/POCs and negotiations to close.
• Partner with channel organizations to extend reach and accelerate deals.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce; collaborate with Marketing, SEs, CS and Product.
