Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Security Engineering and Operations Manager to lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy in a serverless, cloud-first Microsoft 365 environment. You will centralize and mature the security program, align with NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls, and optimize telemetry-driven security across Defender, Entra ID, Intune, and third-party tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a security/computer science field preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 6+ years in IT/security with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience implementing NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations in a cloud-first Microsoft 365 environment.
• Standardize and mature the security program with MSSP partnerships and telemetry-driven insights.
• Develop incident response plans, runbooks, and crisis management practices across teams.
• Oversee threat detection, vulnerability management, and cloud security programs.
• Provide monthly executive reporting and maintain security policies and training.
