What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and students to understand their needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized Customer Success plans based on stakeholder requirements
- Organize and maintain detailed customer data throughout the partnership
- Act as the customer advocate to manage and resolve issues effectively
- Conduct training sessions to enhance customer product value and engagement
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong relational intelligence and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

- Experience in developing customer success strategies or plans
- Background in education or training environments
- Familiarity with analytics tools or platforms related to customer engagement
