What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage relationships with the largest enterprise customers in the US and Canada, serving as their primary point of contact
- Build deep customer partnerships by understanding clients' business processes and demonstrating platform value
- Drive renewals and proactively manage account health, including forecasting upsells, downsells, and churn risk
- Lead commercial conversations, identifying growth opportunities and negotiating terms for mutual success
- Maintain a strong command of customer-specific strategies, goals, and use cases within your defined book of business
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Prior experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of driving renewals, expansions, and forecasting account health
- Ability to lead commercial conversations with executive stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with clients at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel across the US and Canada to meet customers in person
