Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Solution Engineer for Enterprise Contracting in New Brunswick, NJ to design scalable, technology-enabled contracting processes across the enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, implementation, and adoption, focusing on speed, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, legal operations, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in transformation, process ownership, operational excellence, contracting, procurement, shared services, or program leadership.
• Proven success leading complex, global, cross-functional transformations from design through sustained operations; experience with simplification, automation and enterprise technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into scalable, integrated technology solutions across processes, data, and platforms.
• Implementation and Operational Excellence: Lead planning, discovery, testing, launch, and adoption; drive automation and simplification.
• Cross-Workstream and Technology Integration: Align processes with templates, governance, data, and platform configuration.
• Performance, Value, and Continuous Improvement: Define measures, monitor adoption, and push for value realization.
