Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Solution Engineer – Enterprise Contracting to be located in New Brunswick, NJ. This role sits within the GSINC program, focused on AI-enabled contracting to speed, simplify, and standardize processes across the enterprise.

You will translate strategy into scalable solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive automation, data governance, and responsible AI to improve speed, quality, and value realization for employees, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, legal operations, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in transformation, process ownership, operational excellence, contracting, procurement, shared services, or program leadership.
Proven success leading complex, global, cross-functional transformations from design through sustained operations.
Experience in simplification, automation, performance measurement, and enterprise technology implementation; CLM experience preferred.
Relevant process, change, agile, product, or project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Solution Design: Translate complex needs into scalable, integrated technology solutions.
Implementation and Operational Excellence: Lead planning, adoption, and outcomes across scope and milestones.
Cross-Workstream and Technology Integration: Align process design with data, templates, governance, and platform configuration.
Performance, Value, and Continuous Improvement: Define measures, close gaps, and report value realization.
