Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks an experienced COMSEC Manager to lead the enterprise COMSEC program and a team of specialists. You will oversee custodianship, training, and daily support for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities, including secure inventory and documentation control.

Responsibilities include conducting briefings, managing secure equipment, and maintaining security databases while collaborating with CSSO and ISSO to authorize equipment entering secure areas.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of COMSEC management experience.
• Special Access Program (SAP) experience.
• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain a security clearance.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Experience with cryptographic fill devices (SKLs, KIKs) and key management policies.
• Experience with NSA Type-I Encryption Devices (KG-175/ KG-185/ KIV-7/ KG-250/ Omni/ DTD/ SDS/ VIPERs) and STE with KSV-21.
• Knowledge of NSA/CSS 3-16 and standard COMSEC tasks (DIAS, DIAS updates, inventories).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise COMSEC program and multiple specialists across the corporation.
• Serve as COMSEC Custodian or Alternate for multiple accounts.
• Develop and train COMSEC specialists.
• Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Conduct inventories, inspections, and oversight of COMSEC materials.
• Administer Top-Secret inventory and document control for COMSEC equipment.
• Provide COMSEC briefings to personnel prior to access.
• Courier classified information and manage receipts for materials.
• Maintain internal security databases and records.
