Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an Enterprise COMSEC Manager to lead a team of COMSEC specialists and manage the corporate COMSEC program. You will ensure accountability of materials, conduct audits, and support SCI/SAP activities across the enterprise.

Qualifications include 5-7 years in COMSEC, SAP experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and strong knowledge of key management and NSA devices.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of COMSEC management experience.
• SAP experience is required.
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Hands-on experience with cryptographic fill devices (SKLs, KIKs).
• Experience with NSA Type-I Encryption Devices (KG-175, KG-185, KIV-7, KG-250, Omni, DTD, SDS, VIPERs, STE with KSV-21).
• Experience with NISP/SCI and COMSEC tasks (DIAS, DIAS/COMSEC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Enterprise COMSEC program and multiple COMSEC specialists.
• Serve as COMSEC Custodian or Alternate for several accounts.
• Develop and train COMSEC staff.
• Support Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities enterprise-wide.
• Inventory and inspect secure equipment and keying material.
• Maintain Top-Secret inventory and document control for COMSEC assets.
• Provide COMSEC briefings to personnel before access.
• Coordinate with CSSO/FSO/ISSO for equipment authorization.
