You will guide customers through transformation, migrations, and modernization programs, collaborating with product teams to ensure scalable, reliable deployments.

The role emphasizes architecture guidance, code development for modernization, and travel up to 30% for in-region activities across major US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years leading enterprise application portfolios and technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
• Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (Python, Java, Go, C, or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex software development challenges.
• Deliver modern software to Google’s customers, including enterprise application transformation and migration strategies.
• Recommend approaches and estimated effort for application migration and modernization programs.
• Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
• Travel up to 30% for in-region meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
