Provide sufficient technical oversight to validate engineering outputs and ensure delivery integrity.
Act as an Agile delivery expert focused on flow efficiency and engineering productivity.
Drive execution using Kanban and Scrum; facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Ensure strong governance across multiple value streams and engineering teams.

Generic Managerial Skills

8+ years of professional software engineering and delivery experience.
Strong expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and large-scale portfolios.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead governance, portfolio oversight, and value stream delivery.
