Job summary

Universal Orlando seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & BI to lead design, engineering, and operations for a global enterprise data strategy. You will align with Digital & Technology, NBCUniversal teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data requirements are understood and supported efficiently.

You will manage a team of data professionals, promote best practices in data engineering and analytics, and drive cross-functional collaboration across divisions to improve efficiency and data

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with data structures, modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of data profiling, mapping, cleansing, and quality assurance.
• Experience with data warehousing, EDW, and BI/analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a team of data professionals and oversee data management systems development and operations.
• Collaborate with Data Architects/Engineers/Testers to align solutions with business objectives.
• Coordinate with business users during implementations and act as a point of contact for data questions.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders at all levels and report on project status and issues.
• Define best practices in data engineering, analytics, and support.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and policies.
