Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Manager, Cloud Data & AI Platform Engineering to lead strategy, engineering, and evolution of shared data and AI platforms powering enterprise analytics at scale.

You will shape cloud-native platform design, modernize operations, and drive automation while ensuring security, governance, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration and business impact are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud, platform, data, analytics, or AI engineering roles.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams or enterprise platform capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and leading large-scale enterprise cloud platforms with focus on scalability and availability.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native practices.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD enablement, automation frameworks, and reusable deployment patterns.
• Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
