Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Technology Architect to create and maintain enterprise architectural strategies across integration, API, and digital process automation. The role will architect cloud-native solutions on AWS to support risk analytics at scale and ensure designs meet enterprise standards.

You will mentor Federated Architects and influence architecture decisions across development teams. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in technology architecture, a 4-year degree, and will maintain

Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 5–7+ years of experience in Technology Architecture that directly aligns with the responsibilities
• Minimum pay range provided: $126,900–$180,000; base pay plus incentives may apply
• Maintain AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification is expected to be maintained

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strategies for enterprise architectural capabilities (Integration, API, Digital Process Automation, etc.)
• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS services to support risk analytics at scale
• Review designs for architectural soundness and adherence to enterprise standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Federated Architects, data scientists, risk managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Mentor Federated Architects and influence technical standards and architecture decisions across teams
• Oversee the management of the application portfolio for the area of responsibility
