Job summary

Mosai is seeking a Clinical Solutions Consultant in the United States to bridge home health and hospice operations with Mosai’s technology. This senior role works with Sales to shape strategy, demonstrate value, and advance enterprise opportunities without a quota.

You will collaborate across Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical Services, Product, and Data Science. The role requires RN/ PT/ OT licensure with 5+ years in post-acute care, and excels at clinical storytelling, stakeholder

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT) with active licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in home health and/or hospice operations.
• Strong command of clinical, operational, and financial drivers in post-acute care.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to adapt in real time and lead high-stakes customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales across discovery, ROI, and close for complex and enterprise opportunities.
• Lead clinical discovery with executives to uncover decision drivers and urgency.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to clinical and financial priorities.
• Translate Mosai capabilities into outcome-driven value and measurable results.
• Build consensus with stakeholders and address objections to shorten sales cycles.
