Job Description: Enterprise Change Management Office Program Manager

The Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) Program Manager (Senior Lead) is a senior-level position responsible for strategic change management development and execution activities of the ECMO. Experience building or operating a governance function and working within Citi’s risk and control environment is necessary . A good understanding of the strategic, tactical, and cultural elements of change management is preferred. The role will require the ability to position and assimilate ECMO solutions within a regulated, risk management environment . Requires thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the ECMO as it builds and maintains Citi’s Enterprise Change Management Framework. Excellent communication and relationship skills required to influence internally, often at a senior level. Responsible for contributing to the design of a governance model and oversight processes , while supporting consistent execution of change management policies within strategic change domains across Citi. Accountable for tracking and reporting change management outcomes, accomplishments, progress, and capability. With the growth of the ECMO, responsibilities to include management of people, team performance, and planning. Typically, a direct report to a C16 role and function as an integral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.
