Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a strategic leader to coordinate and optimize the Enterprise Capital Planning process. You will partner with Business Units, Finance and functional teams to consolidate capital plans into a single enterprise portfolio, develop tools and training, and deliver data-driven insights for senior leadership.

You will build advanced portfolio models, evaluate investment strategies and forecast funding needs while leveraging AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical capability to synthesize large datasets into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario planning skills for portfolio analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and modern analytical platforms with a focus on AI/automation to improve productivity.
• Strong commercial acumen to align capital investment with strategy and value creation.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate stakeholders and large enterprise portfolios.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual Enterprise Capital Planning process with Business Units, Finance and Functional teams.
• Develop and improve tools, templates, processes and training for enterprise capital planning across the organization.
• Consolidate investment requests across capital categories, identify overlaps and dependencies.
• Develop portfolio models and scenario analyses to evaluate investment strategies and constraints.
• Produce executive-grade portfolio reporting, dashboards and insights for leadership.
