Job summary

Evertz is seeking a senior solution architect to design and document end-to-end enterprise solutions for broadcast facilities. You will bridge client vision with Evertz hardware, software and services, working with account managers, R&D, and delivery teams.

You will lead proposals, capture requirements, and create comprehensive design packages while traveling to client sites as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, documenting and sustaining full life cycle end-to-end enterprise-wide client facing projects.
• Experience with file-based broadcast, production, post-production, non-linear distribution, automated transcoding and quality control workflows.
• Electronics engineering education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope with account managers.
• Propose initial solutions with equipment selection and systems design, refine to final quotation and documentation.
• Provide client demonstrations and documentation as proof of concept.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to capture current and future requirements.
• Lead proposal creation and produce documentation for bid sets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks in advance of deployment.
• Create design packages, gap analyses, and budgets.
• Identify new customers and maintain relationships.
• Act as technical authority through design, pre-commissioning, commissioning, training, and sustaining engineering.
