Job summary

Evertz is seeking a lead architect to design and document end-to-end enterprise solutions for broadcast and media facilities. You will capture client vision and map requirements to Evertz hardware, software, and services, while working across clients, account managers, R&D, and delivery teams.

You will define scope, produce proposals, and act as the technical authority through pre-commissioning, onsite deployment, and training. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end enterprise client projects.
• Experience with file-based broadcast workflows and related systems.
• Degree in electronics engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, team player.
• Familiar with BXF and traffic solutions.
• 3+ years deploying file-based workflows.
• Broadcast IT experience with network infrastructure.
• XML integration with business systems.
• Knowledge of video compression standards and file types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and document scope with account manager.
• Provide initial solutions and final quotations with supporting docs.
• Demonstrate systems and provide proof-of-concept materials.
• Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams on requirements.
• Lead proposal creation and refine bid sets with documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with clients and teams.
• Create design packages, gap analyses, and budgets.
• Develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Act as technical authority through design, pre-commissioning, and training.
• Travel to client sites as required.
