Job summary

OP Labs, the builder of Optimism, is seeking a Blockchain Solutions Architect to drive enterprise adoption. This role spans sales, product, and engineering to design and deploy production-grade onchain solutions using the OP Stack.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate institutional needs into actionable technical plans. You will lead technical diligence, performance testing, and integration planning for large enterprise clients, engaging with banks and asset

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales.
Background in blockchain infrastructure, cloud platforms, distributed systems, or financial infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Ethereum or EVM-based systems (L1/L2 preferred).
Experience working with banks, asset managers, exchanges, or payments firms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical counterpart for enterprise evaluations, pilots, and integrations into production systems.
Lead technical discovery sessions covering architecture, performance, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Design and support test environments to validate throughput, latency, and cost assumptions.
Respond to detailed technical diligence from financial institutions and regulators.
Translate enterprise requirements into clear technical feedback for product and engineering teams.
Shape roadmap priorities related to institutional needs (performance, compliance tooling, privacy).
Support integrations with wallets, custody providers, cloud infrastructure, and SIs.
