Qualifications

• 6+ years of revenue cycle management experience with some leadership experience.
• 4+ years of business or data analysis experience.
• Experience creating business requirements documents, project plans, and presentations.
• Advanced Excel and Access skills with SQL knowledge.
• Must reside near a Quest Diagnostics Laboratory site or Norristown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Support billing initiatives for Enterprise accounts across regions.
• Analyze large data sets using Access, Excel, and SQL.
• Automate reports and processes to improve efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies in enterprise billing processes and develop solutions.
• Pull ad hoc reports from various billing systems and validate data.
• Forecast financial impacts for Quest partners related to Enterprise accounts.
• Present project status and metrics to Quest partners and senior management.
• Mentor other Analysts and collaborate with other business units on analysis projects.
