Qualifications

• Hands-on programming experience with BAS
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or large-scale operations
• Leadership, mentoring, or engineering team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Own BAS strategy and controls across a large multi-site portfolio
• Lead and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers
• Influence facility performance, energy optimization, and future construction projects
• Establish standards and drive modernization and long-term controls initiatives
