Job summary

Lightcast is seeking an Enterprise Associate Account Executive to drive new business in a defined territory. You will identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and close deals by delivering consultative, data-driven workforce analytics solutions.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and exceed revenue targets while developing market expertise.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or another customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SalesLoft preferred.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to develop expertise in consultative sales, workforce analytics, and labor market data.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers by understanding business challenges and delivering consultative solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, pipeline growth, and other key performance metrics.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Engage and Outreach.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell while supporting long-term customer success.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and market expertise to drive business growth.
