Job summary

Login Consulting in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Analyst to bridge business, information management, and technology teams as we implement the client's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, system design, testing coordination, and alignment with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and program teams to evolve asset management processes, data flows, and integrations for operational and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6–10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• IAM certification and ISO 55000 domain knowledge.
• Experience with EAMS/CMMS or infrastructure asset management.
• Understanding of requirements gathering and workflow design.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data management.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to lead requirements phases for large implementations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and tech teams.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Support EAMS implementation, enhancement, and adoption (VUEWorks).
• Translate business requirements into system workflows and specs.
• Ensure regulatory and operational requirements are reflected in EAMS.
• Develop and maintain asset lifecycle processes and standards.
• Collaborate across Program Management, Maintenance, Finance, Real Estate, and IM.
• Facilitate validation, process reviews, and solution discussions.
• Support process improvement for asset management and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate integrations between VUEWorks and enterprise systems.
• Document data flows, interfaces, and business rules.
• Support data quality, governance, and asset information management.
• Develop and execute integration testing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Work with users, vendors, and project teams to validate functionality.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and change management.
• Support asset information capabilities for future Digital Twin initiatives.
• Define roadmaps, data requirements, and integration strategies.
• Align asset management with the client's long-term technology vision.
