We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Operations Manager to oversee architecture review and governance processes related to technology requests. This new role involves coordinating governance activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and supporting our technology governance framework. The position requires outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Oversee EA review and governance processes for technology requests, including pre-meeting preparations, conducting TRB and ARB meetings, and follow-ups.
2. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and governance councils to ensure standards compliance.
3. Monitor and manage the technology request backlog for timely reviews and approvals.
4. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among ARB and TRB groups.
5. Maintain and update the enterprise architecture governance framework and artifacts.
6. Manage messaging and communications related to EA processes and standards.
7. Support stakeholders by monitoring the EA inbox, facilitating knowledge transfer, and addressing inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance processes.
• Facilitation skills for meetings and stakeholder coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in a similar enterprise IT role.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• At least 5 years in enterprise architecture or IT governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
