Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years of architecture/technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or matrix leadership experience.
• Experience shaping enterprise architecture across business, applications, integration and platforms.
• Experience in cloud and hybrid environments at scale.
• Retail, omni-channel, or consumer-facing digital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise-wide architecture standards, principles, and guardrails across domains.
• Partner with IT and business leadership to establish a long-term enterprise architecture vision.
• Lead development of capability maps, value streams, and roadmaps aligning business strategy and technology.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms for value and risk.
• Champion scalable, resilient enterprise solutions balancing innovation and operations.
• Guide architecture direction for marketing tech, supply chain, store systems, and unified commerce.
