Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in .Net and Azure to lead architecture definition for a major modernization effort. The role requires engaging with business and technology stakeholders and delivering an integrated HLD across business, data, and technology layers.

The position is onsite in Hartford, CT, with a 5-day-per-week client office presence. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, React, and cloud-native patterns is essential for success.

• Highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture definition and solution planning for a strategic Engine Core modernization initiative.


• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.


• Should have strong knowledge and experience on cloud native architectures, operational resilience, and large-scale transformation programs.


• Associate should capable to engaging with business and technology stakeholders.


• Participating in client requirement and validating requirements, defining architectural boundaries, identifying risks and dependencies, and establishing a blueprint that supports planning level estimation and future implementation.


• Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Leadership.


• The architect will be responsible for producing a consolidated High Level Design HLD covering business capabilities, application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, operational architecture, and technology direction.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $88K – 160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
