HPE is seeking an Enterprise Architect to focus on our Manufacturing and Retail clients. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for architecting solutions that will achieve customer business outcomes either within a specific technical domain, or across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and as a service offering) in combination with all necessary third-party components (e.g. software and integration). This person will also develop and articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals and ensures customer's business and technical requirements are met. Can be aligned to a specific area of technical expertise (e.g., products, solutions, services). As well as provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers (through sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations, etc.) aimed at gaining the customer mindshare within their domain. This role will focus on technical selling to customers/partners. May be aligned to specific accounts based on business priority. Also, will contribute to visible technical impact on a product or major subcomponent. The Enterprise Architect will apply in-depth professional knowledge and innovative ideas to solve complex problems. They will also provide visible contributions improve time-to-market, achieve cost reductions, or satisfy current and future unmet customer needs. The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 183,000 - 355,000 in Massachusetts // 183,000 - 378,000 in New York // 161,000 - 378,000 in Georgia & North Carolina This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 80%/20%.
