The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Architect specializing in hire-to-retire processes to join our Enterprise Architecture team representing the CIO. This role involves streamlining business processes, enhancing digital capabilities by eliminating redundancies, and making architectural decisions to address complex business challenges.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for hire-to-retire processes related to employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, performance management, learning, compensation, payroll, and benefits administration on our Workday platform. Collaboration with architects across business domains is essential to ensure system capabilities align properly.

This role also involves developing and managing an IT roadmap aligned with our business strategy and fostering innovation in self-service support and automation. We seek a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enhancing digital work environments and a strong commitment to data integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Develop process-to-system maps detailing hire-to-retire processes and data flows.
2. Promote and mature a platform-first strategy around employee lifecycle management capabilities in Workday.
3. Analyze and eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies within the digital product portfolio to streamline end-to-end processes and improve capabilities.
4. Perform trade studies and formulate architectural decisions with clear recommendations for business challenges.
5. Develop and manage an IT roadmap showing current and future projects, their alignment with business strategy, and interdependencies.
6. Ensure data integrity and excellence within LeanIX, accurately depicting the digital product portfolio and its relationships with processes, capabilities, components, and data objects.

The salary range in the US is $167,000 to $318,840, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation is adjusted for part-time roles. The salary will not be below applicable minimum wages.

This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus, based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and time off. If applicable, sales roles may participate in a sales commission plan.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering and architecture experience supporting human capital management.
• Strong architecture methodology background.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience modeling and streamlining critical business processes.
• Practical experience with HR systems, especially Workday.
• Familiarity with ITSM systems and their relation to HR processes.
• Knowledge of HR domain, including learning tools, benefits, and payroll.
