The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Architect specializing in hire-to-retire processes to join our Enterprise Architecture team representing the CIO. This role involves streamlining business processes, enhancing digital capabilities by eliminating redundancies, and making architectural decisions to address complex business challenges.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for hire-to-retire processes related to employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, performance management, learning, compensation, payroll, and benefits administration on our Workday platform. Collaboration with architects across business domains is essential to ensure system capabilities align properly.
This role also involves developing and managing an IT roadmap aligned with our business strategy and fostering innovation in self-service support and automation. We seek a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enhancing digital work environments and a strong commitment to data integrity and excellence.

The salary range in the US is $167,000 to $318,840, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation is adjusted for part-time roles. The salary will not be below applicable minimum wages.
This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus, based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and time off. If applicable, sales roles may participate in a sales commission plan.
