Defining and socializing the data analytic practices across the Allstate corporation. This role will provide strategic guidance for technical and business teams on ingestion, integration, data visualization, and advanced analytics including generative AI, ultimately enabling our business to advance. This role will focus on large scale data lake implementation and data lake house modernization through engagements that will focus on customer solutions such as data warehousing, business intelligence, and advanced analytics tools. You'll work with senior leaders, engineers, and architects across the organization to build solutions that make enterprise-scale analytics and intelligence possible. You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves, develop prototypes, evaluate emerging technologies, and influence how the next generation of data and AI platforms are built across Allstate.
You are a senior data architecture leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business influence. You have experience leading cloud and data modernization initiatives, remain close to the technology, and can confidently communicate architectural strategy to both engineers and executives. You thrive in fast-changing environments and are passionate about the future of analytics, cloud, and AI.
Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
