Job summary

Cohere Beauty is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to define and build the technology architecture that will support growth across Business Applications & Integration, Digital Platforms, Data Analytics & AI and Infrastructure & Security.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move between strategy and execution, including modernization of IBM i / AS400 and enabling AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT with 5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture.
• Proven success establishing architecture in complex environments.
• Hands-on across applications, integration, data, infra, security and AI.
• Direct IBM i / AS400 modernization, API and data work.
• Manufacturing domain knowledge and process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead architecture for major initiatives from design to go-live.
• Establish scalable integration, data, AI and security architecture.
• Modernize IBM i / AS400 while aligning with future-state architecture.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions with partners.
