Role Description
The delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for delivering high quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's Global Enterprise customers. Review and develop architectural plans, lead a diverse delivery team, and align with client goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Past experience in a consultative role leading large‑scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect and/or Principal Consultant.
- 4+ years hands‑on experience architecting and/or implementing three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories:
- Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
- Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign or Marketo Engage
- Adobe Real‑Time CDP or Audience Manager
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including App Builder
- Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e‑commerce solution integrated with AEM
- Adobe Target or Recommendations
- Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.)
- Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
- GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (< 3 years)
- Strong leadership abilities, proactively converting complex business requirements into technical solutions that align delivery team activities with documented customer business objectives.
- Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation, and project timelines based on product licensing purchase and implementation requirements.
- Ability to quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Demonstrable hands‑on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress.
- Experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑region delivery teams.
- Proficient in written and verbal communications, able to adjust content for technical, marketing, and C‑Suite audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the United States and occasionally internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience.
Skills That Set You Apart
- One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront)
- Working knowledge of end‑to‑end digital marketing journey, including Ad Tech, Marketing Automation, omni‑channel personalization, Content Management, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
- Hands‑on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter or React‑Native mobile applications.
- Proficiency in employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows or experience building AI agents.
Expected Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,800 – $236,400 annually. The pay range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.

In New York: $163,200 – $236,400
In Colorado: $156,300 – $226,350
In Illinois: $156,300 – $226,350
In Washington: $159,600 – $231,150
