Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Doral, FL seeks an Enterprise Applications Developer to design, develop, and support internal apps, data solutions, and integrations across IT and business teams. You will work through the full lifecycle, delivering API integrations, reporting, and automation with Python, SQL, and Power Platform tools.

The ideal candidate combines backend and front-end skills with the ability to collaborate with security, data, and stakeholders, while following secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in application development or software engineering.
• Strong experience with Python for application or automation development.
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, performance).
• Experience developing or consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps or similar low-code platforms.
• Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployment best practices.
• Understanding of data governance and secure development practices.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools, agents, frameworks for AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications and services using Python.
• Build and support REST-based APIs for system integrations and internal data access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications follow secure coding standards and institutional technology.
• Develop and enhance internal business apps using Power Apps and related tools.
• Integrate Power Apps with backend systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting and application needs.
• Assist in design and maintenance of reporting datasets used by BI tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues.
• Contribute to front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript; ensure intuitive UIs.
