City of Peoria seeks an Application Systems Analyst to provide high‑level support for the City’s enterprise applications and systems. You will assist with web, database, and workgroup applications, including installing and upgrading systems and applying updates.

The role requires a four‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least three years in systems analysis or design, and experience with SQL, HTML, mobile app development and database integration; ITIL certification within six months

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years in applications systems analysis or design.
• Experience with enterprise applications.
• Experience with integrations, data flow, analysis, and reporting.
• ITIL certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Support the City’s enterprise applications and systems.
• Install and upgrade application systems; apply updates and enhancements.
• Identify and evaluate technical needs; facilitate implementations.
• Work with users, departments, and vendors; support interface, reporting and data needs.
