Daisy Brand is seeking a mid-level Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Administrator to join our IT Applications team in Dallas. You will support ERP systems across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, partnering with business users from accounting to leadership.

We are seeking a mid-level Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Administrator to join our IT Applications team. This role supports critical ERP systems used across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations and works closely with business users ranging from accounting and plant operations to executive leadership.

We are seeking a mid-level Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Administrator to join our IT Applications team. This role supports critical ERP systems used across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations and works closely with business users ranging from accounting and plant operations to executive leadership.

This position does not require full mastery of every D365 FSCM module, or other aspects of our enterprise systems, on day one. Instead, we are looking for someone with a solid foundation in enterprise applications who is curious, collaborative, and eager to learn, and who can build strong relationships across the business and IT.

You will partner with internal users, our application developers, and external support and development providers to resolve issues, define enhancements, test new solutions and versions, and improve how D365 FSCM supports our business processes. Over time, you are expected to grow into a trusted resource with deep knowledge of how the system is used across the company and the business processes involved.

You will have additional responsibilities helping to administer and manage other enterprise systems.

Location and Travel Requirements

This position operates under a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with Wednesday and Friday designated as remote workdays. While this schedule is typical, team or business needs may require additional onsite days.

Corporate Office Location Update: Currently, the Daisy Brand corporate office is located in Dallas, TX at 635 and 75. Anticipated September 2027, we will be moving to the Granite Park business complex in North Plano (intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business users to troubleshoot issues and improve system effectiveness
• Coordinate with 3rd-party support and development teams on fixes and enhancements
• Gather and document requirements for ERP customizations
• Support testing, releases, and application lifecycle activities
• Provide administration for SharePoint Online and aspects of the Power Platform
• Continuously learn business processes and system capabilities across the enterprise

• A bachelor’s degree is required
• Experience supporting enterprise applications (D365 FSCM experience required)
