ReadyOne Industries is hiring an Enterprise Application Administrator in El Paso, TX. Full‑time position; Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 per year.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Application Administrator will administer and continuously improve the core business systems that run our operation — Epicor (our enterprise resource planning system), Exenta, GSD, and related add‑ons. Reporting to the CFO, the role serves every department equally: Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance. The incumbent will manage user access, master data, and day‑to‑day support while driving system improvements that increase efficiency and data quality across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Serve as the subject‑matter expert and primary administrator for Epicor, Exenta, GSD, and add‑ons. Provide tier 2/3 support, manage user security and permissions, test and execute patches, and maintain data governance.
2. Own the full lifecycle of user access across all applications, working with HR and managers to grant and revoke access, maintain an inventory, and conduct periodic reviews.
3. Liaise with business‑application vendors for support, licensing, renewals, and new implementations. Evaluate new solutions and recommend to leadership.
4. Configure and support production, purchasing, inventory, and supply‑chain modules. Implement workflow automation, improve job‑costing accuracy, and maintain traceability structures for quality and compliance.
5. Support Finance and Accounting modules. Assist month‑end and year‑end close, costing, variance analysis, audit‑ready reporting, and audit support.
6. Design, build, and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports. Develop Power BI dashboards and write optimized SQL queries for cross‑system integration.
7. Gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into Epicor configurations or development work. Lead small‑to‑mid‑sized ERP projects, provide training, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Own Epicor improvement initiatives, reviewing configuration changes, queries, and reports. When the function grows, supervise up to two analysts, assigning work, coaching, and performing performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive business‑systems experience with at least 3 years administering Epicor Kinetic. Experience with shop‑floor, engineering‑standards, or manufacturing‑efficiency systems is strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple Epicor modules, spanning at least two of Production/Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing/Supply Chain, Quality, or Finance.
• Proficiency building BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports in Epicor.
• Working knowledge of SQL (SELECT, joins, sub‑queries) against an Epicor or comparable SQL Server database.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business problems into structured system solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Epicor Kinetic (cloud) and exposure to Application Studio, Functions, REST/OData services, and BPM workflows.
• Formal people‑leadership experience, including hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews.
• Power BI development experience, including data modeling and DAX.
• Experience supporting an AbilityOne, government‑contracting, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), or PMP certification.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.
• Experience with ERP integrations, DMT (Data Management Tool), and data migration projects.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Primarily on‑site in El Paso, Texas, with periodic time on the manufacturing floor. Standard office environment; occasional after‑hours work to support month‑end close, upgrades, or production‑critical issues. Must be able to support a workforce that includes deaf and hard‑of‑hearing team members; willingness to learn basic ASL or use accommodation tools is a plus.
