Job summary

Jobtailor in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead the modernization and complete rewrite of an enterprise .NET application. You will oversee the project from initiation through implementation, managing scope, risks, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate has 7–8+ years of PM experience, expertise in architecture, cloud tech, microservices, DevOps, and PMP/ PMI-ACP certification.

Qualifications

7–8+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
Experience leading legacy system migration, refactoring, or application modernization projects.
Strong knowledge of application architecture, refactoring, re-architecting, and rebuilding strategies.
Experience with Cloud technologies, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.
Experience with Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and PM tools.
Strong planning, risk, scope, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across development, operations, security, and business units.
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business; PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
