CCA Global Partners, Inc. in St. Louis, MO seeks an Enterprise Analytics Analyst to build and manage data products, datasets, and automated pipelines. You will write SQL across systems, develop dashboards, and support decision-making for product, merchandising, marketing, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on data experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with enterprise BI platforms. Role offers hybrid scheduling with remote Mondays/Fridays and in-office Tue–Thu.

Join our Enterprise Analytics team as an Enterprise Analytics Analyst, in our St. Louis, MO office where you'll be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of data products, datasets, reports, research, and automated pipelines that help teams across the organization, including product data, merchandising, marketing, and finance, make better decisions. As a member of the newly established Enterprise Analytics function, the Analyst writes SQL, builds datasets from multiple corporate systems as well as disparate external sources, develops automation workflows, and solves open-ended business problems, partnering with Technology Product Delivery and the data engineering team to move durable work onto the platform.

This position is a hands-on, growth-oriented role for an analyst ready to take on broader responsibility. Our ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and investigative by nature, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity, build something new, and communicate credibly with senior audiences. We offer a hybrid work schedule with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.

In this role, you will provide:

• Combine data from multiple enterprise systems into clean, reliable, well-documented datasets that support insight-driven analysis, writing and optimizing the SQL needed to build them.
• Build and deliver analytical tools, datasets, reports, and dashboards for corporate functions, business stakeholders, and leadership audiences, with review and guidance from senior analytics team members.
• Develop automated workflows and recurring data pipelines and partner with Technology Product Delivery and the data engineering team to operationalize proven prototypes into platform-supported data infrastructure.
• Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify opportunities, understand needs, and shape the right analytical solution; iterate on deliverables and keep partners informed as priorities and requirements evolve.
• Serve as a resource for corporate data questions, fielding ad-hoc analyses and one-off requests and escalating to senior analytics leaders as needed.
• Contribute to the foundations of the new analytics function in partnership with analytics leadership, explain new tools, data, and methodologies to stakeholders and support analytics leadership on executive-facing work.

Are you a match? We're looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years of hands-on data work, including SQL authoring, data preparation, and analytics or reporting development.
• Strong SQL skills, including independently writing multi-table queries for research and analysis.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders and explaining data and findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI tools to work more effectively, such as debugging code or automating repetitive tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including working with colleagues at every level and navigating differing priorities across teams.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset suited to an environment where processes are still being defined.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience writing and maintaining Python scripts or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy or a comparable enterprise BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience delivering results-oriented training and presentations on new data tools, reporting, or research and analytics.
