Enterprise AI Strategist & Thought Leader

We're seeking a visionary Enterprise AI Strategist & Thought Leader to drive our AI consulting practice and guide clients through their AI transformation journeys. This high-impact leadership role is perfect for an AI expert with strong consulting experience who can shape our internal capabilities while serving as a trusted advisor to our top clients. In this role, you’ll lead cutting-edge AI strategy development, support business growth as an AI subject matter expert, and represent AnswerRocket as an industry thought leader. Working cross-functionally with our data science, engineering, and sales teams, you'll ensure our AI offerings deliver innovative, ethical, and effective results.

This fully remote role, supported by an Atlanta-based team, requires occasional travel for client engagements, conferences, and other industry events.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide executives in identifying AI opportunities, lead strategy sessions, and develop tailored AI roadmaps.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, ethical, and deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with sales teams to drive business development, lead AI discussions in client meetings, and shape compelling AI proposals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI consulting team, developing best practices and frameworks for AI implementation.
• Represent AnswerRocket through whitepapers, conference talks, and industry events, shaping our reputation as an AI leader.
• Champion responsible AI, ensuring solutions align with ethical, regulatory, and industry standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• 12+ years in technology/analytics, with 5+ years leading AI initiatives in a consulting firm, tech provider, or enterprise innovation team.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data science tools (Python/R, SQL), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value, build AI roadmaps, and advise executives on AI adoption.
• Strong client-facing skills, with experience leading workshops, presenting to executives, and simplifying complex AI topics.
• Proven ability to build teams, drive AI initiatives, and manage multiple high-impact projects.
• A hands-on problem solver with a "get it done" attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges head-on, and find creative solutions to drive results.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI best practices.
