Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers deploy and integrate GPT-based solutions. You will design architectures, lead technical workshops, and serve as the technical bridge between customers and OpenAI's product and engineering teams.

In this role you will translate business needs into scalable cloud and API designs, guide integration efforts, and help customers realize value from AI at scale. Travel up to 25% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience designing API integrations and cloud architectures.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
