Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical engagements for Intelligence Center X and related offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and govern end‑to‑end delivery across internal and partner teams.

You will drive discovery, design governance, and technical leadership from architecture through deployment, ensuring reusable patterns and robust non‑functional requirements. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate business processes and outcomes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive‑level technical storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand processes, outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints, and success metrics.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical direction to consultants, data and AI specialists, and partners.
• Decompose the solution into work packages with estimates, sequencing, and WBS.
• Lead design reviews and manage technical debt and deviations with proper documentation.
• Support release readiness, cutover planning, and knowledge transfer from an architecture perspective.
