Job summary

Motivus is seeking an AI Scientist to advance enterprise AI across Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and computer vision. You will experiment, prototype, evaluate, and translate research into scalable, production-ready solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/AI/ML or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of ML, DL, statistics, optimization, and AI algorithms.
• Strong Python programming and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Experience developing, training, evaluating, or deploying ML/AI models.
• Ability to translate research into working prototypes and practical AI solutions.
• Experience building or evaluating agentic AI systems and eval harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and evaluate AI/ML models and algorithms for complex problems.
• Develop novel approaches across Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, ML, DL, CV, optimization, or analytics.
• Design experiments to evaluate model performance, robustness, and impact.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate AI approaches.
• Work with large datasets to build training pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• Explore emerging AI research and assess applicability to enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to transition research into production systems.
• Communicate research findings to engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
