Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an experienced technical product manager to lead development and execution of Finance AI solutions. This role collaborates with Finance, Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable products that improve Finance operations and decision making.

You will translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions, guide NLP/GenAI initiatives, and drive adoption across global teams. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation and a broad benefits program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration.
• Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into executable AI solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging senior Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into clear technical approaches, including data needs, and workflow design.
• Lead the design and development of AI capabilities, including NLP, GenAI, predictive modeling, and agent-based automation.
• Build AI-driven workflows that simplify multi-step business processes.
• Collaborate with global Finance teams and technology partners to align product delivery with objectives.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in clear business terms for senior leaders and operational teams.
