Adaptive, a vertical AI company, is seeking a Product Manager with deep construction accounting expertise to drive enterprise-grade AI agents and expand our platform for mid-market and enterprise contractors. You will partner with the Head of Product and a ~25-person design/engineering team to ship products end-to-end.

You’ll lead discovery for new agents, define reliability metrics, and collaborate to form evaluation frameworks that measure agent performance over time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a product manager with a track record of delivering complex products
• Experience with accounting processes in construction (job costing, WIP, retainage, AIA billing)
• Experience launching AI-native or workflow automation products
• Strong technical side to work with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them into customer value

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives end-to-end with focus on outcomes and real-world impact
• Define and shape product vision and strategy based on user needs and business priorities
• Provide POV on core accounting capabilities for mid-size and enterprise construction finance teams
• Be the voice of the customer; run discovery, translate feedback into problem statements
• Build, launch, and iterate on capabilities from 0→1 and 1→scale
• Create alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Set high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform
