Job summary

Nexxa.ai in the SF Bay Area is seeking a rock-star enterprise Product Manager for the NitroOS platform. You will shape the architecture-level product decisions that help Fortune 100 companies deploy AI across manufacturing, infrastructure, and logistics.

You will own the platform roadmap, write PRDs, and collaborate with engineering and design to drive adoption, engagement, and value. This seed-stage company offers equity and rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2–4 years of product management experience, with enterprise platform exposure.
Experience building developer/data platforms or enterprise workflow tools; API integrations and extensibility.
Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture, data models, and engineering reviews.

Responsibilities

Own the platform product roadmap from PRD to GA release.
Write PRDs with acceptance criteria, success metrics and constraints, collaborating with engineering and design.
Translate customer deployment learnings into reusable platform features.
Define and track product KPIs across modules (AI assistant, UI, intelligence graph, workflows).
Run sprint planning and backlog grooming with core engineering to meet milestones.
Partner with engineering on architecture decisions, balancing customization and scalability.
Conduct competitive analysis and inform product positioning.
