The role emphasizes secure, reliable software engineering, observability, and cost visibility while contributing to reusable platform patterns and reference architectures.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll mentor teammates, provide strategic technical guidance, and ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of programming, software engineering or systems analysis experience.
• Three years of experience in project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data and systems.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques, tools, and coding standards.
• Provide strategic technical advice on using technology to achieve business goals.
• Drive cross-collaboration across multiple teams.
• Analyze solutions, develop, test, debug, and deploy moderately complex software.
• Champion DevSecOps practices to improve software quality, security, automation, and delivery efficiency.
• Manage multiple medium to large project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
