Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Computational Scientist to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI/ML solutions. You will combine custom models with cloud services, manage the full lifecycle from data assessment to production deployment, and ensure high reliability and value for clients.

The role spans model selection, data engineering, and scalable DevOps & MLOps pipelines, with travel up to varying client needs. A strong foundation in computer science and cloud experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist, deploying models in production at scale.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in applying theoretical foundations of computer science, including computer system architecture, system engineering, and programming.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in distributed computing systems and architecture that may include big data, HPC, etc.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in building and deploying AI/ML based software to a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate real-world problems into practical, efficient AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and implement ML algorithms, models, and scalable data pipelines with DevOps & MLOps.
• Customize Deep Learning and Gen AI models for various use cases based on business needs and data availability.
• Engage in R&D of new AI/high-performance compute algorithms and simulations.
• Work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing for training and production.
• Implement and maintain data storage/retrieval for models and knowledge.
• Justify chosen model approaches in business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end production goals.
