Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Technical Marketing Manager for Enterprise AI in San Jose to bridge our AI infrastructure offerings with NVIDIA’s marketing organization. You will craft clear value propositions, drive joint campaigns, and enable sales with content and launch-ready assets.

The role emphasizes positioning, content creation, and go-to-market execution rather than lab work, collaborating with engineering, product, and regional teams to accelerate enterprise AI pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product marketing, solutions marketing, or partner/alliance marketing in enterprise infrastructure, semiconductors, or cloud/AI
• Working knowledge of AI infrastructure and software: GPU servers, accelerated computing, networking, storage, and data center fundamentals
• Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and business audiences
• Strong writing and messaging skills, with a portfolio of technical content
• Experience managing multiple launches or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, sales, PR, brand)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Translate NVIDIA-based platform features into customer-relevant value propositions and messaging
• Develop technical positioning and messaging frameworks for Enterprise AI solutions
• Create technically credible content: solution briefs, white papers, references, datasheets, blogs, web content, presentations
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to stay current on roadmap and turn into launch-ready content
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI infrastructure for internal teams, partners, and customers
• Plan and execute joint marketing programs, campaigns, events, and announcements aligned to NVIDIA's go-to-market calendar
• Manage co-marketing processes: joint messaging and brand approvals, program compliance, MDF funding where applicable
• Identify NVIDIA promotional opportunities to raise Supermicro's visibility in NVIDIA's ecosystem
• Track and report on joint activity, pipeline contribution, and ROI
• Own go-to-market plans for new product and solution launches, coordinating across teams
• Build repeatable templates and workflows that shorten cycle from technical release to assets
• Develop campaigns to accelerate enterprise AI pipeline with demand gen and regional teams
• Build sales tools: battlecards, decks, positioning, FAQs, demos, one-pagers
• Train sales, SEs, and channel partners on AI solution positioning and NVIDIA joint value
• Gather field feedback to refine messaging and close content gaps
