Job summary

Based near the San Jose/Palo Alto area, you will partner with senior leaders to translate complex processes into scalable AI solutions, delivering measurable business impact and advancing SAP's AI capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data science, AI, and ML teams with a track record of delivering complex AI initiatives.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading data science and AI teams, hiring and coaching talent.
• Experience delivering large-scale AI programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define technical and AI strategy, establish team priorities, and align AI investments with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and AI practitioners.
• Partner with senior executives to define AI strategy and investment priorities.
• Establish governance, ML Ops and responsible AI practices for enterprise deployments.
