Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Denver, CO (remote-friendly) seeks an Applied AI Engineer to build AI agents, copilots, and enterprise AI apps delivering measurable outcomes.

You will work with Azure AI and LangChain, design scalable solutions, and translate business needs into technical designs using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React. Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of software/automation experience. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software/automation engineering or related experience.
• Experience with Azure AI and LangChain required.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations.
• Proficient in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support AI agents, copilots, and workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Build solutions using Copilot Studio, Rovo, Azure AI Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Implement LLM patterns: RAG, orchestration, tool use, evaluation, guardrails, oversight.
• Build secure Azure services and integrations for enterprise apps and data sources.
• Develop pro-code AI apps and UIs using Python, JS/TS, or React.
• Evaluate AI solutions for safety, reliability, cost, adoption, impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and working solutions.
